How fast is UAE delivery?
Standard is two to four days from Al Quoz. Express is next day for orders placed before 14:00.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Shelf prices are VAT inclusive at 5%. The invoice shows the VAT portion.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes inside the UAE, with a AED 15 fee, on orders from AED 50 to AED 1,500.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 1 point per AED 10. 100 points are worth AED 10 at checkout.
